Its Tracey’s personal goal to introduce weight training to as many people as possible, especially women. She is passionate about helping her clients unleash their true potential through strength training, and showing her clients what a little hard work, consistency and the right direction in their training can actually achieve. “My passion is to help my clients become stronger physically and mentally, whilst improving their confidence in and out of the gym.”
Tracey has recently completed her second certification in nutrition and knows the importance nutritional education has for her clients achieving their goals. Helping transform unhealthy habits into healthy minds and bodies. Tracey believes in a more sustainable approach to fat loss, by building on healthy habits rather than the crash diets and quick fixes that see so many on the yo-yo cycle.
Tracey has joined the team as one of the trainers of the 8 week challenge to help her clients establish and build on these sustainable healthy habits progressively. She also loves to incorporate some boxing skill and padwork to her personal training sessions to spice things up!
