Louise has worked in the fitness industry for most of her adult life. Her Personal Training journey began after her Sports Science Degree, in a London based city gym (many years ago).
Lou is, and has always been, hugely passionate about fitness as both a path towards mental and physical wellbeing. Her interests specifically being (aside from teaching her beloved group ex classes), strength & conditioning, working with all women, and older menopausal women, functional fitness and injury prevention.
Lou’s aim is solely to help people start, and then stay on their fitness journey, and to see the result they want to achieve in their life. ‘Age is just a number, and we are all much more capable than we possibly believe we are’.
