This platform will allow you to access a library of recorded classes and work outs, plus a full timetable of live streamed exercise classes each week.

Have enjoyed the options of PARC Your Way during lockdown and think it is a great innovative way to stay in shape and still feel connected. I plan to continue logging in remotely but also attending on-site class when available. Well done PARC and all the instructors- you are awesome
