Hi, I cannot find your “reopen” section or FAQ pages to get full info, as directed above. Where do I find them online?
Also, are carers/therapists considered one of the 20 in the warm water pool? Do I as a therapist have to book as well?
Hi Christine,
You can find our reopen page here: http://www.parcfrankston.previewsite.com.au/reopen.
If you have a companion card, you carer is not considered part of the 20 and does not need to book.
However if you do not have a companion card, then anyone who plans to attend with you will also need to book.
Thanks,
PARC
My support worker has a exemption for not wearing a mask does she need to show you and I will be wearing my mask
Hi Donald,
Thanks for reaching out.
Your support worker will just need to let the team know when she entered that she has an exemption.
If she would like to bring evidence of this, she can, however, it is not required.
Thanks,
PARC
Hi could you post a map or pic of the pools and the restrictions that apply for each one and show any pools that are closed.
The children’s pools are not mentioned anywhere that I can see and the warm pool is only open for 16 +. I want to take my 7 year old grandkids for a casual swim if that is allowed.
Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out. Currently we only have our 50m (2x25m) pool and Warm Water Pool Open. You can bring your Grandkids to the bigger pool, however you would need to keep moving up and down the lane and adhere to our Watch Around Water policy.
We have a booking for the hydro pool on Tuesday. Are all the disabled toilets/showers open?
Yes they are now open 🙂
we would like to book for 2 people one in the lap pool the other in the warm water pool
Hey Peter,
We no longer require bookings.
Thanks,
PARC
