The Frankston Fabulous Fifties swimming and aerobics club is for those over 50 years of age.
Fab 50s are a not-for-profit club run entirely by volunteers. It is a fun and friendly group aimed at helping their members maintain fitness, whilst actively enjoying aquatic exercise to music. Fab 50s maintain a membership base of 160 females and males, all well over the age of 50, and all dedicated to their fitness and friendship. Many have been members for over 25 plus years.

Class Times
Classes run every Friday, for 40 weeks of the year. Classes are scheduled by the school calendar and do not run during school holidays.

The club was founded in 1982 and is fully endorsed by The Frankston Council and the management of PARC, always working for the welfare and fitness of our senior citizens.
Fab 50s is run by two senior aqua aerobic coaches who take the fun 40 minute aqua session comprising warm ups, exercises and cool down stretching in the hydrotherapy pool. The sessions are all run to great music and you are encouraged to go at your own pace and level of fitness.
All aquatic areas are available to you at this time (lap pool, spa, sauna and steam room), even slides and bucket tip if desired. Afterwards many club members meet for a cuppa and chat at the PARC café.
Fees: Membership to Fab 50s is $20 per year. Payment is due by the 1st January each year. Entry fees to PARC are nominated at a special rate for Fab 50 card-holders.
