We completely understand that some members may want to stay on suspension since we re-opened in November. We’ve extended suspensions until end of Feb 2021.
However, there are lots of benefits to getting your membership reactivated now to take advantage of all our programs and services that are back up and running!
- Capacity at the Centre is at COVID normal which is 1 person per 4sq metres. As we are such a large facility we can accommodate lots of people.
- We now have over 210 Group Exercise classes every week to choose from!
- All our services are back up and running, including Creche from 27 Jan!
- Once you reactivate you can start using the MyPARC app again for ease of class bookings.
- Our PARC Fit Outdoor program is included in membership for those that like to exercise outside.
- Getting back into your pre-COVID exercise routine can support your physical and mental wellbeing.
You are very welcome to reactivate your membership at any time. Once your membership is activated, you will receive a confirmation email. All standard membership Terms and Conditions apply once you reactivate your membership.

Frequently Asked Questions
As we have limited resources in Centre it can take up to 3 days to reactivate your membership. You can specify the reactivation date on your request, however please note it may take up to 3 days to activate.
Yes you can, just email member.experience@parcfrankston.com.au to request this change.
Direct debit runs are every two weeks and depending on when you reactivate you will be added to the next run, which may mean back dated costs if you’ve missed that week.

Yes, as soon as your membership is reactivated you can make bookings through the MY PARC app for ease.
Sometimes the system does not recognise email addresses. For members with an existing account, it is important that you use the email address you have registered with us (use the email address that you receive your emails from PARC). If you need assistance please email info@parcfrankston.com.au.
No worries. Simply select the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ option, and enter the email address you have registered with us (use the email address that you receives your emails from PARC). If you need assistance please email info@parcfrankston.com.au.
Yes, PARC membership includes access to Pines Forest Aquatic Centre and so you can book sessions there as well as for our other Outdoor Group Exercise sessions we have.
Yes you can and we will extend the expiry time of your fixed membership for the time lost due to closure.
