Studio 1
Studio 1 is our largest studio and holds many of our Les Mills and virtual classes.
Studio 2
Studio 2 is a slightly smaller studio and features many of our mind body classes such as Yoga, Reformer Pilates and Meditation.
Cycle Studio
Equipped with an immersive and fully connected group cycle experience our Cycle Studio is sure to get your heart racing! You can bring your heart rate monitor and connect it to your bike to give you extra motivation throughout your class.
Gym Floor
Our state-of-the-art health club is home to our Powerzone classes. These classes utilise the Outrace a multi training functional zone. We encourage you to bring your heart rate monitor to these classes so you can train in the correct heart rate zones.
Our Pools
We also hold classes in the 50m and Warm Water Pools, these classes are a great mix of low impact cardio and resistance training.
Outdoors
Who doesn’t love getting outside? We strongly believe that your fitness journey doesn’t exist solely in the 4 walls of PARC. We hold weekly PARC Fit Run classes and our outdoor training program PARC Fit Outdoor is run at beautiful locations around Frankston.

What to bring to a class?
Wear your workout gear, bring a water bottle, sweat towel and your member band (this is how you book and check in to classes). If you like you can also bring your own Yoga mat and heart rate monitor or fitness tracker.

How to book and check into a class:
You can book any of our classes via the My PARC app or In-Centre 2 hours before the class begins using your member wristband at our booking kiosks.
Don’t forget some classes may show ‘Class Full’ for online booking, however there may still be spaces available in Centre.
