About our Personal Training program
Our state of the art gym has a full suite of Technogym connected equipment, including pin loaded weights, cardio equipment and the Outrace functional area. Additionally, we have a large range of free weights, Olympic lifting platforms and functional cable machines.
You can choose between 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions with one of PARC’s expert trainers and you can elect to do either a One-on-One session or a Two-on-One session.

There are 3 options for Personal Training at PARC. A Starter Pack, ongoing membership, or casual sessions.
Kickstart Package
Wanting to know if personal training is for you? Purchase a discounted 3x 60min PT session pass with one of our Trainers. One off purchase per member.

Personal Training memberships
Our one-on-one personal training sessions are available on a fortnightly direct debit, or on a casual basis. The fortnightly direct debit is the most cost effective option.
